TROUBLESHOOTING

APP CODE Does Not Exist – If you get this message when you are linking App Code with the Line ID on xtream editor website you must have installed the xtream editor app with no internet connection to the box so it didnt register the app code on website.

Fixing This Issue – What you need to do is make sure the box has an internet connection then go back into xtream editor plugin on the box and click menu on the remote, then click reset config to generate a new App Code. Now you can link the new App Code thats been generated with the Line ID on the website and go to Step Two , Number 7.

For Future Reference Regarding The EPG – If your EPG ever disappears or has blanks on the  main channels in the future you should do the following

Reboot your box first to clear old cache , once rebooted got to menu>plugins and open xtream editor

In xtream editor you can then click blue to re-download the bouquets and import the epg again and once completed click green to save

Your EPG should be good again.
